Information we collect

• Account details such as your name, email address, authentication records, selected training track, and preferences.
• Training activity such as lesson progress, answers, confidence ratings, scores, timing, weak areas, readiness state, and feedback you submit.
• Technical diagnostics such as browser and device details, performance measurements, IP-derived location at a general level, and error events.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure your account, personalize training, calculate progress and readiness, respond to feedback, send account or progress emails, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve the Academy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use training answers to make employment, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.

Service providers

The Academy uses Convex for application data and authentication, Vercel for hosting and privacy-focused traffic/performance analytics, Resend for transactional email, and Sentry for error monitoring. These providers process data only to deliver their services under their own contractual and security obligations.

Sentry replay is sampled only when an error occurs. The Academy configuration masks all page text and blocks all media in those replays.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential authentication cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support offline-capable app behavior. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and training records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, legal obligations, and disaster recovery. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information by contacting us. Some limited records may be retained where law or security requires it.

Children and security

The Academy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Academy or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised effective date here and provide additional notice when a material change warrants it.
