Educational service

Lehigh Valley Drone Academy is an independent educational product operated by Lehigh Valley Drone Pros. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration. Academy material is study support, not legal advice, flight authorization, or a guarantee that you will pass an exam.

Aviation rules, test policies, airspace, and conditions change. You remain responsible for checking current FAA sources, obtaining required authorizations, and making safe, lawful operational decisions.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised. You may not use another person's account without permission. Users under the age of legal majority should use the service with a parent or guardian's involvement where required.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publish substantial portions of Academy lessons, questions, media, or software except where law permits it.
• Do not use the service to violate aviation rules, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or other applicable law.

Content and feedback

The Academy and its licensors retain rights in the product, curriculum, questions, branding, and software. You retain rights in feedback or other content you submit, while granting us permission to use that material to operate, support, and improve the service. Do not submit confidential material you are not authorized to share.

Beta availability and changes

The Academy may be offered free during beta. Features, limits, content, and availability may change. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain the service. We will use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that go beyond those the law requires. Lehigh Valley Drone Pros is not responsible for testing-center decisions, exam outcomes, flight operations, regulatory penalties, or indirect losses resulting from reliance on the Academy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use and governing law

You may stop using the Academy and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate access for a material breach of these terms. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear here. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
